The Government provides all schools with a 'pupil premium grant' in addition to the main school funding. It is allocated according to the number of children on roll who meet the criteria set by the Government and who receive Free School Meals (or have within the last 6 years). It also includes children who are in care or are from service families. This funding is provided to raise the attainment of these groups of pupils and close the gap in attainment. This year school received £26,323.
