Merry Christmas Dinner Day

The whole school joined together to enjoy Christmas dinner together. With staff waiting on tables and christmas music on it was a beautiful and very merry occasion for all

The Natural Habitats farming project came to a fantastic finale today as our Year 4 and 5s shared their learning from over the last year with parents and the wider school community

Key stage two children had a wonderful afternoon enjoying workshops with some of the experts from Beccles Rugby club

The Bohemain Choir from Czech Republic visits 

The Bohemian Choir visited us today. They worked with the children and then performed in assembly - a beautiful and magical musical experience for everyone!

Young Voices performing at the O2 in London

Our Young Voices choir journeyed to London to join thousands of children in the O2 to sing together in one giant performance - such a magical experience!

Whole school trip to see the Panto

Eco Council launch the Cut Carbon Campaign

Our Eco Council launched this campaign in assembly this morning. Nine challenges were set for families to complete by the end of November!

Unsung heroes performance

Eagle Owls performed their Unsung Heroes song to the school today. The song is about a local hero the children researched at Lowestoft Archives and a local composer then worked with them to write the song. They will be singing the song again at Snape Maltings at the end of the month

District Councillors pop in to Ilketshall

Local district councillors, Anthony Speca and Toby Hammond, spent time talking the children about their roles and explaining how each of them can make a difference

MacMillan Coffee Afternoon

MacMillan Coffee Event at Ilketshall raises over £200. A cuppa and cake in the sunshine - beautiful! 

Primary Science Quality Mark

Ilketshall has now been awarded the PSQM Gilt award for our Science curriculum across the school - superb!

Arts Week at Ilketshall
